Shipping Policy

Pewter is heeeavy! That is why we use Flat-Rate Priority Mail with our local USPS post office, which includes a Tracking Number and Insurance to protect your order.

FREE domestic Priority Mail shipping is included for orders $200+

​

International orders receive $25 off orders of $500+

​

Our average lead time is 7 days, please add 3 days for orders with stoneset or epoxy-colored items. If your order is time-sensitive or if you have any questions, please contact us.

Return Policy

Providing our customers with high quality product and customer service is important to us! If your order is not to satisfaction, please contact us within 10 business days of order delivery to be eligible for an exchange.

We accept returns of faulty product only.

 

Returned items will be inspected, then fixed or entirely remade to provide you with the best quality product your customers will love.

Repolishing Pewter

We understand that many vendors have had their merchandise sitting in storage with so many sales events closed due to COVID.

 

As pewter develops a natural patina over time, we are happy to add any items needing a fresh sparkle to our polishing batches; if the items are beyond the Return timeframe, shipping costs both ways will fall on the customer and will not be credited.
